電(dian)力(li)系(xi)統(tong)中的直(zhi)流(liu)系(xi)統(tong)接(jie)地(di)故障是(shi)壹種易發(fa)生(sheng)且對電(dian)力(li)系(xi)統(tong)危(wei)害(hai)性較大(da)的(de)故障,無(wu)論(lun)是正極接(jie)地(di)或者負極接(jie)地(di),在(zai)兩(liang)點接地(di)的情況(kuang)下,都可(ke)能造(zao)成(cheng)保護誤動或者保護拒(ju)動,危(wei)害(hai)壹次系(xi)統(tong)正常(chang)運行(xing)。
由(you)於(yu)直(zhi)流(liu)系(xi)統(tong)的(de)復雜(za)性和(he)動態(tai)性,直(zhi)流(liu)接(jie)地(di)故障往往難以(yi)定(ding)位(wei),同時由於(yu)微(wei)機(ji)保護和(he)綜合(he)自動(dong)化(hua)系(xi)統(tong)的(de)廣泛(fan)應(ying)用(yong),又(you)對直(zhi)流(liu)系(xi)統(tong)接(jie)地(di)監測裝置的準確(que)性和(he)安全(quan)性提出了(le)更(geng)高(gao)的要求(qiu)。
我公司(si)自主(zhu)設計研(yan)發的直(zhi)流(liu)系(xi)統(tong)絕(jue)緣在(zai)線監測裝置通過(guo)突(tu)破性的技(ji)術,平(ping)衡(heng)了監測的準確(que)性和(he)運行(xing)的(de)安(an)全(quan)性兩(liang)方(fang)面的要求(qiu),該裝置(zhi)采(cai)用(yong)直(zhi)流(liu)漏(lou)電(dian)流監測原理,可(ke)實時監控系(xi)統(tong)電(dian)壓並(bing)告(gao)警,實時監控系(xi)統(tong)絕(jue)緣並(bing)告警,實(shi)時接地(di)回路(lu)檢(jian)測,系(xi)統(tong)環(huan)路(lu)檢(jian)測診(zhen)斷(duan),回路(lu)絕(jue)緣分(fen)級預警(jing),接地(di)歷史(shi)記(ji)錄分(fen)析,實現(xian)了對直(zhi)流(liu)系(xi)統(tong)中各(ge)種接(jie)地(di)故障的(de)及時告警(jing)及準確(que)選(xuan)線。
1、實時監控直(zhi)流(liu)系(xi)統(tong)交直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)壓,包(bao)括系(xi)統(tong)電(dian)壓,正對地(di)電(dian)壓,負對地(di)電(dian)壓及交流竄電(dian)電(dian)壓並(bing)實(shi)時顯(xian)示(shi)。
2、實(shi)時監控直(zhi)流(liu)系(xi)統(tong)母(mu)線對地(di)阻抗,包(bao)括正對地(di)電(dian)阻,負對地(di)電(dian)阻並(bing)實(shi)時顯(xian)示(shi)。能(neng)準確(que)測試(shi)單(dan)極壹(yi)點或多(duo)點接地(di)及絕(jue)緣降(jiang)低、兩(liang)極同(tong)支路(lu)同(tong)阻值(zhi)或不同阻(zu)值(zhi)接地(di)及絕(jue)緣降(jiang)低、兩(liang)極不同支路(lu)同(tong)阻值(zhi)或不同阻(zu)值(zhi)接地(di)及絕(jue)緣降(jiang)低。
3、電(dian)壓平(ping)衡(heng)功能:當直(zhi)流(liu)系(xi)統(tong)正負母(mu)線對地(di)電(dian)壓的(de)比值(zhi)超出保護誤動風險因(yin)數1.222時,裝置(zhi)內部通過(guo)對地(di)電(dian)壓偏差補償橋(qiao)使(shi)直(zhi)流(liu)系(xi)統(tong)對地(di)電(dian)壓恢(hui)復到平(ping)衡狀態(tai),即(ji)正極對地(di)電(dian)壓與負極對地(di)電(dian)壓之(zhi)比大(da)於(yu)0.869,或負極對地(di)電(dian)壓與正極對地(di)電(dian)壓之(zhi)比小於(yu)1.150。
4、具有母(mu)線電(dian)壓異常、系(xi)統(tong)接(jie)地(di)故障、支路(lu)接(jie)地(di)故障、系(xi)統(tong)絕(jue)緣降(jiang)低、支路(lu)絕(jue)緣降(jiang)低、交流竄電(dian)故障、直(zhi)流(liu)互(hu)竄故(gu)障、設備自身(shen)異常等(deng)報警(jing)功能(neng),並先(xian)出故障支路(lu)。
5、主(zhu)機具(ju)有開(kai)機、斷(duan)電(dian)恢(hui)復後、定時自檢(jian)、正負母(mu)線對地(di)電(dian)壓偏差等(deng)自行(xing)啟(qi)動(dong)功能及人工啟(qi)動(dong)功能。
6、傳感(gan)器(qi)采(cai)用(yong)分(fen)辨(bian)度(du)達(da)到0.1mA,精(jing)度高(gao)於(yu)1/1000的高(gao)穩(wen)定(ding)直(zhi)流(liu)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi),長(chang)時穩(wen)定(ding)性*,能自動(dong)跟蹤系(xi)統(tong)的(de)細微(wei)變(bian)化(hua)。
7、主(zhu)機通過(guo)將每條(tiao)回路(lu)的(de)特(te)征(zheng)狀態(tai)信息和(he)系(xi)統(tong)內(nei)置的(de)特(te)征(zheng)規(gui)則進(jin)行(xing)人(ren)工(gong)智能模(mo)式匹配(pei),*引(yin)入(ru)環路(lu)指(zhi)數的(de)概念(nian),對系(xi)統(tong)存(cun)在(zai)的故(gu)障環(huan)路(lu)、非(fei)正常(chang)環(huan)路(lu)、系(xi)統(tong)雙(shuang)電(dian)源互(hu)為(wei)備用(yong)的(de)環(huan)路(lu)、帶環(huan)路(lu)的(de)回路(lu)、以(yi)及環路(lu)接(jie)地(di)回路(lu),提(ti)供完善(shan)的(de)環(huan)路(lu)狀態(tai)信息,並顯(xian)示(shi)於(yu)液晶屏(ping)上。能有效幫助運維人員準確(que)了解(jie)直(zhi)流(liu)系(xi)統(tong)當前的(de)狀態(tai),迅速(su)地(di)排(pai)除故(gu)障。
8、具(ju)有絕(jue)緣預(yu)警功能(neng),由(you)於(yu)主(zhu)機的(de)檢(jian)測精(jing)度*,可(ke)以(yi)達(da)到(dao)500K以(yi)上,因此(ci)可(ke)通過(guo)檢(jian)測未(wei)接地(di)回路(lu)的(de)對地(di)阻抗判斷其(qi)長(chang)期(qi)變(bian)化(hua)的趨(qu)勢(shi),提(ti)供回(hui)路(lu)接(jie)地(di)的預警(jing)信(xin)息,絕(jue)緣降(jiang)低預(yu)警(jing)和(he)環路(lu)匹配(pei)監測為系(xi)統(tong)的(de)診(zhen)斷(duan)提供了(le)有效手(shou)段。
9、系(xi)統(tong)交流竄電(dian)及接地(di)記錄將自動(dong)保存(cun)在(zai)EEPROM中以(yi)供查(zha)閱(yue),該記錄包(bao)括了(le)串(chuan)電(dian)或接地(di)的日(ri)期時間,接(jie)地(di)阻抗,串(chuan)電(dian)電(dian)壓,接(jie)地(di)回路(lu)等(deng)信息並可(ke)掉電(dian)後保存(cun),接地(di)記錄數大(da)保存(cun)1000條(tiao)。
10、告警信息可(ke)通過(guo)YX開(kai)關(guan)量和(he)RS485接口上傳到綜合(he)自動(dong)化(hua)系(xi)統(tong)或調度自動(dong)化(hua)系(xi)統(tong)上位(wei)機。
